Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Toronto warning of heavy rainfall and possible flooding.
A low pressure system is expected to move through the region, bringing with it heavy rainfall in parts of southwestern Ontario and the Golden Horseshoe Thursday evening into Friday.
