Toronto police are investigating a triple shooting in downtown Toronto that left one person dead and two others injured early Thursday morning.

One person is dead after a triple shooting early Thursday morning.
Toronto police said they responded to a shooting near Queen Street W. and Portland Street around 2:30 a.m.
One person was transported to hospital, where they were pronounced dead, police said. Two others have non-life threatening injuries.
Police said the suspect fled in a dark vehicle.
Queen Street W. is closed while officers investigate, police said.
