Air Canada has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Liberia, Costa Rica down to $364 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways
December is generally considered the start of dry season.
UPDATE: Air Canada is showing a few nonstop flights in December 2024 for between $364 and $393 roundtrip. You can also find a few In November for $389 roundtrip with 1 stop on the way down, and nonstop on the way home. The WestJet flights have not been a good deal ever since they removed carry-on from their cheapest fares.
