Peel Regional Police (PRP) have released surveillance footage of a man wanted in alleged violent sexual assaults across Brampton.
These incidents occurred in the area of McLaughlin Road and Steeles Avenue on Sept. 2 at approximately 5:30 a.m. and Sept. 22 at approximately 1:30 a.m.
In the first reported assault, police said a 19-year-old woman was walking in the area when the suspect allegedly sexually assaulted the victim before fleeing.
On Sept. 22, a different 19-year-old woman was walking in the same area when the suspect allegedly sexually assaulted the victim before fleeing. The victim suffered minor injuries.
The suspect is described as a South Asian male in his late 20s to early 30s, approximately five-foot-eight to five-foot-ten with a medium build, dark short hair, and a receding hairline.
Police are asking anyone with information, video surveillance, or dashcam footage who may have been in the area during the morning hours of Sept. 2 and Sept. 22 to contact investigators.
