Thieves made off with a suitcase full of cash in a violent daytime robbery in Thornhill, York Regional Police said.
Holdup squad investigators are looking for at least three suspects in the robbery at a commercial plaza in the area of Yonge Street and Meadowview Avenue, north of Steeles Avenue. The incident took place around 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday.
