A Montreal man has been arrested after a human-trafficking investigation in Mississauga, Peel police say.
In October, an investigation began after a victim reportedly approached police. She told officers that she was being sex trafficked in the Peel Region by the man, with him exercising “control over aspects of her life while profiting financially.”
