The Ontario Provincial Police are searching for a suspect after nine incidents of rocks being thrown at moving vehicles in the Markham area over the past month, critically injuring two people.
The OPP said Saturday in a news release that they received three separate reports on Sept. 20 of rocks “deliberately thrown” at moving vehicles by a passing vehicle or person.
