Toronto police have arrested a Burlington woman in connection with a fraudulent ticket scam involving Taylor Swift tickets.
According to police, 28 victims paid for fraudulent tickets with a value of more than $70,000, from a suspect offering Toronto tickets on Facebook Marketplace.
