The city expects construction to start Monday on Hamilton’s micro-shelter project for homeless people now that staff have responded to a Ministry of Labour stop-work order.
In response to a complaint, the ministry issued a four-part order last week that stopped on-site work at the municipally owned Barton Street West brownfield property.
