Toronto police are searching for a man wanted in a forcible confinement investigation in Scarborough.
Police said the man held a victim hostage in an apartment in the Warden Avenue and St. Clair Avenue East area where he choked and assaulted them with a weapon multiple times and threatened to kill them.
