Peel Regional Police have identified a man gunned down in a Brampton driveway last week in what investigators have called a targeted attack.

Pritpal Singh, 26, was pronounced dead outside a home on Odeon Street and Concorde Drive last Thursday night. Officers were called to the home shortly after 11:30 p.m.

Another man, who has not been named, was shot and wounded in the attack. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators have said they believe the shooting is related to another that happened a short time later in Caledon, in which no one was hurt. Peel police are working with Ontario Provincial Police on that investigation.

Anyone with information is urged to come forward to police.
