A man is wanted after a dog was stabbed in a park in the city’s Summerhill neighbourhood while on walk with its owner on Tuesday afternoon.
Toronto police were called to Ramsden Park in midtown near Davenport and Avenue roads around 4 p.m. for reports of the stabbing.
