Peel police say a Brampton man, described as a “prolific driving offender” with four lifetime driving prohibitions, has been arrested again.
Since 2017, police say a 41-year-old from Brampton has been convicted of 35 criminal code violations and eight Provincial Offence Act (POA) charges. Some of these charges include nine counts of operation while prohibited, two counts of impaired operation, two counts of dangerous operation, failing to stop after an accident, flight from police, assault, and theft of a motor vehicle, among many other offences. According to police, he has four lifetime driving prohibitions and is subject to a fifth.
