A Toronto woman is devastated after her four-year-old chihuahua was ripped from it’s leash by a coyote while on a walk in Liberty Village last week and later found dead.
It was just after 10 p.m. on Friday when Jessica Nadia, a resident of the Fork York area for years, took her two dogs, Chico and Pedro, on a routine walk.
