For the third time this year, hate-motivated graffiti was found in a washroom at a Whitby Public Library branch, prompting a call for witnesses.
Durham police were at the Central Whitby Library Branch collecting video footage from an incident on Monday, Jan. 27, when library staff discovered more Nazi symbols in a washroom on Jan. 28.
