Premier Doug Ford said Friday he is “really, really confident” the much-delayed Eglinton Crosstown LRT will open this year.
“Well, what I’m hearing from Metrolinx (is) everything’s up and going. I guess they are doing training right now on it,” Ford said at an election campaign stop in Scarborough.
