Toronto police have charged a man after he allegedly returned to the same Scarborough store days after a retail robbery.
On March 24, police say a man entered a business in the Eglinton Avenue East and Midland Avenue area and approached the checkout counter. The suspect got into a dispute with an employee and allegedly demanded cash at knife-point.
