The TTC has reversed course on its plans to close part of the Yonge-University subway route on Line 1 over the Victoria Day weekend.
After having previously announced there would be no subway service between St. Clair and Sheppard-Yonge stations on Line 1 on Saturday and Sunday due to “planned station improvements and track work,” the TTC announced late Friday night that all subway stations are open for regular service on both days.
