Firefighters are on the scene of a three-alarm fire at a Leaside building.
Emergency services were called to 25 Commercial Road just after 12 p.m. on Friday for reports heavy smoke and fire in front of the building
All occupants managed to exit the building. One person is being assessed for unknown injuries by paramedics on the scene.
