A 19-year-old Oakville man has been arrested by Halton Regional Police Service for allegedly shooting and killing two teenagers in Montreal in July 2022.
Three other men and a 16-year-old boy, all from the Quebec area, have also been arrested for motor vehicle theft, as part of the same investigation.
