Toronto police have made an arrest after a man was captured brandishing a knife at another person in a video circulating on social media of an apparent road-rage incident in Scarborough.
A video posted to X on Sunday appears to show two men exiting a car before approaching a man recording the video. A knife-wielding man in blue is then captured waving the knife towards the person, in an attempt to stab him, prompting the victim to move away from the man.
