A fourth teenager has asked a judge to face a jury trial in the swarming death of Kenneth Lee, even though she had initially been expected to enter a plea in the high-profile case.
The girl, who was 14 at the time, had been expected to enter her plea Monday, but her legal counsel said they were requesting an adjournment until Wednesday to have a further conversation with Crown attorneys.
