WestJet has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Los Angeles, California down to between $255 and $297 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
Update – WestJet is showing flights for $297 roundtrip in Econo class (includes carry-on) in September. You can also find 1 stop flights to Burbank (BUR) for $320 roundtrip with United / Air Canada which is unusual.

How to find and book this deal
1. Start with the following Google Flights search:
Google Flights: Toronto to Los Angeles (non-stop flights)
Google Flights: Toronto to Burbank (1 stop flights)
– Click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view.
– Adjust the trip length at the bottom to browse for cheap date combinations.
– Look for the dates that are $267-$317 roundtrip.
2. Go to Kayak or Skyscanner
– Try the same dates you found on Google Flights.
