Ontario’s police watchdog is investigating an early morning crash in Toronto on Thursday involving an unmarked police vehicle and an e-bike.

Ontario’s police watchdog says it is investigating an early morning crash in Toronto on Thursday involving an unmarked police vehicle and an e-bike. 

The crash happened around 1:45 a.m. near Queen and Niagara streets, Toronto police said.

One adult was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, paramedics said.
