Subway service has resumed on Line 2 in the east end, shortly after a shutdown forced morning commuters onto shuttle buses between Victoria Park and Broadview stations due to a mechanical issue, the TTC said.

Subway service has resumed on Line 2 in the east end, shortly after a shutdown forced morning commuters onto shuttle buses between Victoria Park and Broadview stations due to a mechanical issue, the TTC said.
The transit disruption happened just before 8 a.m. and triggered large crowds at a few stations.
