Toronto police are investigating a stabbing that allegedly took place in Scarborough’s Oakridge neighbourhood on Sunday morning.
Officers were called to the area of Warden Avenue and Danforth Avenue at approximately 9:42 a.m. after receiving a report about an altercation between family members inside a residence.
Police say one person was stabbed and taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities say one suspect is in custody and an investigation is ongoing.
No other details were released.
