The Homicide Unit has been called in to investigate after a man was found unresponsive in Allan Gardens early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to the area just after midnight.
The man was located unresponsive with injuries and was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is still ongoing, and no further details have been released.
