Members of various police forces from around the Greater Toronto Area are set to provide an update on an investigation into a criminal network involved in violent auto theft, home invasions, and other crime.
In a news release Tuesday, Toronto police said they will be joined by representatives from the OPP, as well as York, Durham, Halton, and Peel police.
The investigation, dubbed ‘Project Titanium,’ is a project of the Provincial Carjacking Joint Task Force.
The news conference is expected to get underway at 10 AM. It will be streamed live on Ctvnewstoronto.ca and the CTV News app.
