If you’ve been craving a bit of pampering, you’re in luck. A new wellness retreat is opening in Toronto and it offers all sorts of services and treatments.
According to the press release, the venue “represents the latest evolution in holistic wellness, introducing a one-of-a-kind wellness experience anticipated to reshape Toronto’s wellness scene and make its mark.”
The retreat is inspired by some of the top wellness experiences around the world and allows Torontonians to unwind and recharge at a mini oasis right in the city.
The venue is opening soon, and here’s what to know about it.
TROVE is the latest wellness retreat in Toronto and it’s opening its doors on April 29, 2024. Located on Adelaide Street, the 5,000-square-foot facility boasts a salt cave, infrared sauna, lymphatic compression, a journaling nook and cold plunge as well as group experiences and holistic services.

The concept is founded by Zoë Paliare and Tanya Kololian, who were inspired to join the wellness industry by their own experiences with burnout.
“One thing wellness isn’t meant to be is complicated. As avid users of wellness services, we understand the need for an offering that takes the stress, time, and over-planning out of the thing that’s meant to bring you peace: self-care,” Zoë Paliare, Co-Founder and President of TROVE shared in the press release.

The group experiences include restorative yoga and sound baths and guests can also enjoy practitioner-led sessions such as massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki, IVdrips, and vitamin boosts.
