Since the beginning of May, these feathered do-gooders have been busy performing acts of kindness around the city to unsuspecting citizens to demonstrate the values of Canadian chicken farmers. JJ Hochrein, Director of Brand Marketing for Chicken Farmers of Canada, shares, “These chickens are doing good because they were raised right, just like all of our Raised By A Canadian Farmer chickens.” He emphasizes that Canadian chicken farmers pride themselves on raising chickens with care, without the use of hormones or steroids.

Since 2007, CFC has actively supported the Ottawa Food Bank, showcasing that their dedication to the community goes far beyond just poultry. This campaign was more than just a series of random acts of kindness; it’s a reflection of their passion for elevating standards and increasing awareness about sustainable farming in ways that inspire and uplift the entire community.
