A Stoney Creek man has been charged with smuggling $3.6 million in illegal cigarettes found after he was stopped by the OPP along Highway 407.
The arrest and seizure were made after a transport truck was pulled over at 10:45 pm on Thursday on Highway 407 westbound, west of Appleby Line in Burlington, for not having a toll transponder.
