A food bank is asking for help after Toronto flooding causes $50,000 loss

Natasha Bowes says she knew it was going to be bad when rain started seeping into the main warehouse at the North York Harvest Food Bank on Tuesday.

Then the power went out, causing the organization’s refrigeration units to stop working.
