Activism is not new at the University of Toronto. 

As pro-Palestinian protesters occupy the school’s King’s College Circle, joining controversial protests at universities around Canada and the United States, it is far from the first time students have decided to demonstrate on campus.

In 2010, an alleged protester’s personal effects are passed on to a court officer Approximately 70 alleged protesters were arrested at 4 Bancroft on the University of Toronto Campus, many were from Quebec and members of Anarchist groups in Toronto who protested at the G20.
