Daylight saving time ends soon. Here’s what you need to know

With Ontario experiencing an unusually warm October, it may come as a surprise that daylight saving time is coming to an end soon, and the clocks will be turned back.

On Nov. 3, we go back one hour, giving us an extra hour of sleep. However, the effects of this time change can last beyond a single day, potentially disrupting our health and contributing to an increase in car accidents.
