A 29-year-old man from Calgary has been arrested after the truck he was driving crashed and blocked the eastbound lanes on Highway 401 in Scarborough Sunday morning.
The truck driver was carrying a cargo of “water and pop” before he struck the barrier of the Leslie Street collector ramp on Highway 401 and jackknifed, Ontario Provincial Police said.
