Toronto’s relationship with street food is, to put it lightly, complicated (see: Toronto a la Cart, the attempted food truck revival, and the shaky roll-out of Café TO). However, the shipping container markets, which offer real street food — as opposed to street-food-style food at a restaurant — remain a bright light in time for peak summer.
