Former Toronto Coach Terminal to be redeveloped into housing, Olivia Chow says

The city announced Thursday it plans to turn the site of the old Toronto Coach Terminal into a mixed-income, mixed-use development which will include affordable housing, a new paramedics hub, a new public plaza and employment opportunities.

“This project sets a high bar for how we can build more homes, while celebrating our city’s history and embracing Indigenous knowledge as we build new communities,” said Mayor Olivia Chow, inside the decommissioned bus terminal building at 610 Bay Street.
