A Hamilton pet-sitter is facing nearly 100 charges in connection with the death of five dogs and the distress of two dozen more in her care.
Ontario’s Solicitor General announced the litany of charges against Jessica Kippen — who ran a dog-boarding business coined Kippen Cares out of her Westdale home — in a release Friday afternoon.
