A former Hamilton police officer who was convicted of corruption by a Toronto jury after a high-profile trial is now behind bars following the rejection of his appeal by Ontario’s highest court.
In April 2018, Craig Ruthowsky was found guilty of bribery, attempting to obstruct justice, breach of trust and trafficking cocaine.
