Hit man who murdered GTA boxer Eddie Melo has parole revoked for ‘protection of the public’

GTA hit man Charles Gagne had his parole revoked Thursday afternoon with authorities citing “protection of the public.”

Gagne was sentenced to life in prison in 2003 after pleading guilty to second-degree murder for the contract killings of high-profile GTA professional boxer Eddie Melo and his friend Jaoa (Johnny) Pavao in 2001. He became eligible for parole 12 years into his sentence.
