Dallas Ly apologized in court for killing and decapitating his mother at his sentencing hearing Friday after a jury convicted him of second-degree murder in mid-May.
“I wanted to apologize for the damage I’ve done,” the 23-year-old said, standing in the prisoner’s box in downtown Toronto Superior Court.
