‘I’m absolutely happy’: Curbside coffee seller gets a reprieve from Toronto council

The owner of a curbside coffee trailer who had to shut down her business because of the city’s bylaws will be allowed to reopen in the new year.

Council voted unanimously Wednesday to set up a pilot program in the downtown ward of University-Rosedale next year that will temporarily ease the rules around mobile vending licences.
