Toronto police have charged a truck driver in the death of a 39-year-old deliveryman and recent immigrant from Turkey who was killed while riding his bike for work outside an Avenue Road construction site last Tuesday.
In a news release, police said a 52-year-old man is facing a charge of careless driving causing bodily harm or death.
