An 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy have been charged in connection to a number of rock-throwing incidents in the Markham area over the past several months.
The incidents, which began in July 2024, took place in Markham and the town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ont., according to York Regional Police.
