A Malton man has been charged with second-degree murder after the victim of an alleged January attack died from his injuries in late March, say Peel police.
The Peel force announced on April 8 that a 23-year-old Malton man was charged in connection with an alleged Jan. 29 attack that left a man “suffering significant trauma from an assault,” say police.
