It was a quiet Tuesday afternoon on a sleepy suburban street when a white police cruiser slammed headfirst into a pick-up truck at the scene of a break and enter in Brampton.
In a video posted online, an officer can be seen hopping out of the cruiser after the collision, weapon drawn, shouting “Hands up! Hands up! Out of the car,” at two people — one entering the truck and another running toward a house on the other side of the street.
