An 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old youth who were arrested in connection to a number of incidents involving rocks thrown at vehicles in York Region are now facing additional charges in a separate incident.
The rock throwing, which began in July 2024, took place in Markham and Whitchurch-Stouffville, according to York Regional Police. The two suspects were previously charged in incidents which damaged vehicles in 2024 and have now also been charged in incidents that occurred Jan. 26.
