More than 8,500 homes and businesses in Brampton are without power Sunday afternoon.
The power outage is impacting 8,530 residential and commercial properties in the area of Bramalea Road to Chingacousy Road and Highway 410 to Williams Parkway, according to power company Alectra Utilities.
