Kimberly Polman, who wed a member of the terrorist organization ISIL nine years ago and moved to Syria, before her repatriation to Canada in 2022, had never been charged with a crime.
That changed last week. Polman, 51, born and raised in Hamilton, was arrested by RCMP officers in B.C. on July 5.
