Toronto police are investigating the conduct of an officer who appears to be sticking her middle finger up at a citizen who confronted her and a colleague for illegally parking on the street during a coffee run in a viral video.
A video posted to a Toronto Reddit forum Monday, which has since garnered about 16,000 upvotes, appears to show two Toronto police officers with Starbucks drinks in their hands as they’re speaking to a person behind the camera who approached them.
